Forgive me,

for the presence of much

articulateness.

My christmas was like a rock song,

intro: geared up

middle: dynamism

ending: bang!

The sermon spoke out loud to me,

(it did to all whose hearts were made of plain love)

My elder sister rolled in from India;

someone i've always looked up to..

hardly speak much to her but i always

do observe her.

She taught me how to be loving & kind.

(The car ride to church on christmas morning)

I prayed for my family.

Papa, Mummy, Priya akka, Jeba.

They remind me of Gold.

They remind me of Pillars.

They remind me of (all things that carry beauty inserted)

God has plans..

He shows part of them to me,

my oh my! beautiful, beautiful things await.

I thank Him, with all my heart.

This christmas,

i experienced Jesus,

i fell in love,

i counted my blessings,

i didn't finish counting,

i made up my mind on certain things

i thanked God for my *bestfriends

(note: no full-stop present)

Yes, it's one of those nights..

when love overcomes all other feelings,

& a snazzy jazz song runs in your playlist

(one man parade by the reign of kindo)

My chum;

i can't shut my eyes..

i keep awake.

once in a blue moon,

but my blue moon appears everyday.

Moving on to the next jazz track..

Swept off my feet,

never felt this way since forever.

I fought it when i was 13,

moving on to 14 & 15.

The age my parents got together
